AG JLC in Munich

We are about 15 students of different terms and graduate students working at different chairs. On a regular basis we are meeting to discuss actual issues and to organize workshops and field trips.

On the one hand we want to counsel fellow students of food chemistry in order to help them with problems and questions regarding the whole field of studies and internship. On the other hand we are connecting students and their future working environment by organizing alumni meetings and field trips ourselves. Thus we are able to provide an insight into the multi-faceted food industry and get the students in contact with their future field of action.

In participation with other working groups we are organizing workshops at regional meetings of LChG and at national food chemists’ conventions. These contacts to students, graduates from different universities, scientific staff and various enterprises help improving the conditions for studying and ease the transition into our later jobs.
